Neymar gives an update on his recovery

The ex-Barcelona man is recovering from his injury in Sao Paolo, and in order to speed up his recuperation as much as possible he has put himself in the hands of his personal trainer. That being said, both the PSG and Brazilian medical teams are following his recovery and progress very closely.

Yesterday he shared a snapshot of how the process is progressing, posting a video to his Instagram story of him exercising his recently operated on foot. In the video, he is stretching the muscles in his foot with a band, and it is evident that he is beginning to regain movement.

According to the doctor who operated on Neymar, Rodrigo Lasmar, the forward is recovering well, meeting the targets expected of him. However, it seems that the Brazilian has set his sights on the World Cup, and does not expect to feature again for PSG this season.
