On Sunday, the curtain came down on an illustrious 22-year career at the Camp Nou for Iniesta, one which has seen him win 32 pieces of silverware.
However, while doubts remain over who can fill his enormous void, the midfielder is confident that there are three players in the current squad who could do just that.
He told reporters: "In the team, there are still players like Philippe Coutinho, Denis Suarez or Carles Alena, who have a lot of quality".
Coutinho is the likely candidate given his impressive performances since making the January switch from Liverpool.
In 22 appearances, most coming from the bench, he has already notched up ten goals, eight of which have come in La Liga.
Added to his first-half tally with Liverpool, Coutinho finishes the season with 22 goals - an incredible figure for a midfielder who will no doubt blossom under a full preseason with Barca.
