Here are the dates for next season's 'Clásicos'

Real Madrid and Barcelona will lock horns on December 20 and May 6 next season.

Although the two will face each other in pre-season, Spanish football fans and football fans in general have a special place in their heart for 'real clasicos', that's to say, La Liga games between the two heavyweights of Spanish football. Following today's fixture draw, we now know when the two most popular games in Spanish football will be played next season.

The first encounter between the sides on December 20 will take place at the Bernabéu. With Zinedine Zidane's side welcoming Barca counterpart Ernesto Valverde. 

May 6 will see the reverse fixture at the Camp Nou, with Barca's new boss hosting his first home league 'Cláscio'.

Last season Barca took the bragging rights overall, drawing 1-1 at home with their arch rivals before before sealing three points at the Bernabeu, thanks to Lionel Messi.
