Can Crystal Palace earn their first points of this season's Premier League campaign? They will have to beat current champions Chelsea to do so...
Crystal Palace:
A major positive for Roy Hodgson's side is that Wilfried Zaha could return to action following a spell on the sidelined with injury. There are doubts, however, over the player's fitness, given that he hasn't played since the opening day defeat to Huddersfield.
The Palace boss may be forced into such a call, given that the Eagles are desperate for goals and without target man Christian Benteke, who is out with a knee ligament injury.
Ruben Loftus-Cheek is unable to play as per the terms of his Chelsea loan deal, while Wayne Hennessey and Scott Dann are also doubts for the matchup.
Chelsea:
Chelsea are suffering a small injury crisis of their own. Alvaro Morata picked up a knock in the home defeat to Manchester City, while N'Golo Kante was injured while on international duty with France.
That puts Michy Batshuayi in line for a rare start, but there also is the possibility an attacking trident of Eden Hazard, Willian and Pedro could line up for the Blues.
In Kante's absence, Tiemoue Bakayoko and Cesc Fabregas are likely to start. Danny Drinkwater could also be pushing for his first appearance in a Chelsea shirt.
Possible lineups:
Crystal Palace: Speroni, Ward, Sakho, Delaney, Van Aanholt, Cabaye, Milivokevic, Puncheon, Townsend, Zaha, Schlupp
Chelsea: Courtois, Azpilicueta, Luiz, Rudiger, Zappacosta, Bakayoko, Fabregas, Alonso, Pedro, Batshuayi, Hazard
