Ronald Koeman's side will be hoping they can get back to winning ways when they travel to Brighton for Sunday's early kick-off.
Brighton:
Davy Propper and Glenn Murray were both doubts for the game with a hip and ankle injury respectively, but have recovered in time to be available for selection.
Top scorer Tomer Hemed will not feature due to suspension, while long-term absentees Steve Sidwell (back), Sam Baldock (calf) and Beram Kayal (leg) all remain sidelined.
Everton:
Koman faces a tricky decision as to whether he should play Phil Jagielka, who has just recovered from injury after nearly a month out, over Ashley William, whose confidence will be low after making a crucial mistake for Wales in their World Cup qualifier defeat to the Republic of Ireland.
James McCarthy is expected to make a return from a knee injury with the U23s on Tuesday, while Seamus Coleman, Ramiro Funes Mori, Ross Barkley, Aaron Lennon and Yannick Bolasie also miss out.
Possible lineups:
Brighton: Ryan, Bruno, Dunk, Duffy, Bong, Knockaert, Stephens, Gross, March, Brown; Murray.
Everton: Pickford, Holgate, Keane, Williams, Baines, Schneiderlin, Gueye, Calvert-Lewin, Vlasic, Sigurdsson; Niasse.
